Production Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe production of high-quality products. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate assembly line processes, and manage a team of production staff. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with factory equipment will drive productivity and uphold safety standards across the manufacturing facility. Duties Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring all operations run efficiently and safely Coordinate workflows, optimizing processes for maximum productivity and quality output Lead, motivate, and train production team members to meet performance goals and adhere to safety protocols Operate and oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other factory equipment to support assembly and manufacturing tasks Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods movement Implement safety procedures, enforce compliance with OSHA standards, and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff Qualifications Proven factory experience within a manufacturing facility or similar environment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts (certification preferred) Familiarity with assembly line operations and manufacturing processes Experience working in warehouse settings or with warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and process improvement Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing quality products efficiently while fostering a safe, collaborative workplace. Pay:

$56,986.61 - $68,629.03 per year
