Job Description
Bilingual Manufacturing Production Supervisor Opportunity! Monday-Friday, 5am-2:30pm, Rotating Saturdays OakCraft is the largest manufacturer of custom and semi-custom cabinetry in the Southwestern United States and has been family-owned and operated since 1983. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, working with wood products and assembly equipment. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: Supervisory Experience and ability to lead a group of 70+ employees. Rotating workforce and product flow as required by ever changing priorities. Collaborates with other departments providing support and information to ensure timely productivity and department specific goals daily. Train, discipline, and reward employees. Recruit, interview and employ applicants for the department. Intermediate computer skills. Technical Expertise Ability to read production schedules. Schedules daily production meeting. Experience with frameless and framed cabinets, parts machining, and assembly processes. Ability to generate material cultists and material takeoff. Ability to performance physical inventory. Read and interpret drawings. Manages safety and ensures procedures are properly followed, ensures safety training is consistently provided.
