Operations/Manufacturing Supervisor - Fabrication

Days/Hours:

Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM Leads and supervises people for fabrication activities to achieve established production goals consistent with standards of quality, safety, cost and housekeeping. Plans operations, allocates skills and labor hours, and manages material and workflow to ensure timely production and adherence to quality standards for assigned products Organizes and assigns work, provides instruction, cross‑trains employees, and assists them in performing their duties Ensures consistent use of safety devices and personal protective equipment (PPE), oversees departmental housekeeping, and remains vigilant for hazardous conditions or unsafe practices.
