Skillforce has teamed up with one of the largest mechanical, industrial and commercial construction services providers to find an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead crews on a large commercial construction project in Mesa, AZ. This is a direct hire/long term position. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation who thrives in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

Mesa, AZ Pay:

$45-$50/hour

HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise sheet metal installation crews on a large commercial construction project. Coordinate daily work activities to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently. Manage crews of up to 30 sheet metal mechanics while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and company expectations. Promote and enforce all jobsite safety requirements. Communicate effectively with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel. Complete daily reports and provide progress updates as needed.

HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman Qualifications:

8+ years of sheet metal experience on large commercial construction projects. Previous experience leading crews of up to 30 field employees. Proven ability to manage accelerated project schedules while maintaining quality workmanship. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate crews and maintain a positive, productive work environment. Willingness to work overtime as required.

Current Schedule:

Monday-Thursday:

10-hour shifts

Friday & Saturday:

8-hour shifts

HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman Requirements:

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Clean driving record required.
