Job Description

Position Summary The Quality Coordinator supports the daily operations and effectiveness of the Quality Department by managing action items, coordinating priorities, and ensuring timely follow-through on quality-related tasks. This role works closely with the Site Leader and Quality team to maintain organization, communication, and accountability across department activities. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is responsible for coordinating and assigning tasks based on operational priorities. Pay & Schedule $33/hour Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage a centralized list of Quality Department action items Assign and coordinate tasks for quality technicians based on Site Leader direction Track progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion Communicate daily with the Site Leader regarding priorities, updates, and department needs Communicate daily with quality technicians to review priorities and task status Facilitate weekly status updates with the Quality team Monitor and manage Quality Department emails, including responding, routing, or escalating communications as needed Capture meeting action items and convert them into clearly defined tasks Complete special projects and one-off assignments as needed Escalate delays, risks, or conflicts to leadership Support overall organization, communication, and accountability within the Quality Department Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred Strong computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and task-tracking systems Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to drive accountability and follow-through without direct authority Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with loud noise, heat, vibration, and moving machinery Must follow all required safety procedures and wear designated safety equipment when required
