ISC Production Supervisor

As a ISC Supervisor at Honeywell, you will lead multiple manufacturing assembly and test cells and shop processes and expected to meet and exceed high standards and adhere to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with teams to drive improvements and achieve business goals. You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and you'll work onsite at our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Provide strategic direction and leadership to the factory floor teams + Provide required product and process team information at daily technical and production Tier meetings, escalations and work RAIL items as needed + Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations + Administer and lead strategic processes across factory + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness + Lead and develop a high-performing shop floor teams •

YOU MUST HAVE

• + Strong leadership and team management skills + A good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

• WE VALUE

• + Experience with quality management systems and processes including AS9100, AS13100, and FAA regulatory requirements + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Preliminary Review Board or Material Review Board experience is a plus
