Responsibilities include CIP, routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Ensure quality testing, coordinate tanker traffic, and maintain accurate records while strictly adhering to SOPs, HACCP guidelines, and UDA policies for quality, safety, and GMP.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Efficiently unloading milk tankers into silos. Perform CIP on all milk tankers and receiving lines. Perform routine mechanical/manual cleaning and sanitation to maintain a food safe environment. Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of equipment. 2 Ensure all quality testing and procedures are completed before unloading tankers. Coordinate tanker traffic with Yard Foreman and Drivers. Keep accurate and legible records. Adhere to all SOP's and HACCP guidelines. Adhere to all UDA quality, safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity. Other duties as required. General Skills & Abilities needed to complete job successfully: Knowledge of good manufacturing practices. Ability to operate equipment safely. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize
Experience:
