Job Description

Production Manager $85k-100k+
Location:
Tempe, AZ Lead the Floor. Build the Future. Make an Impact Every Day. We're searching for a hands-on Production Leader who thrives on accountability, improvement, and developing people. This role can be filled at either the Supervisor or Manager level , depending on experience, and offers a unique opportunity to shape operations at a growing manufacturing facility during a transformational period. If you're passionate about Lean Manufacturing , energized by solving real-world production challenges, and motivated by building strong, high-performing teams—this is your moment. What You'll Do As a key leader on the manufacturing floor, you'll own daily operations and drive results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost . Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to consistently meet production targets, delivery commitments, and quality standards Plan, manage, and adjust production schedules based on demand, labor availability, equipment capacity, and material flow Monitor performance metrics and proactively implement corrective actions to keep operations on track Continuous Improvement & Lean Excellence Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives Identify inefficiencies and lead data-driven process improvements that drive cost reduction and productivity gains Ensure standard work is followed, sustained, and continuously improved People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop Production Leads and hourly production employees Foster a culture of accountability, safety, engagement, and teamwork Support hiring, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance management Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes Serve as a strong communicator between leadership and the production floor Systems & Execution Utilize ERP and production tracking systems to manage workflows, labor, and operational metrics Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and procedural requirements What You Bring Core Skills Production & operations management Supervisory leadership Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Six Sigma principles Assembly or manufacturing operations experience Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment High school diploma or GED required; technical, engineering, or related degree preferred Experience in electronics, high-tech, or regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ERP system experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred
