In this vital role, you will ensure that printed circuit assembly manufacturing processes runs smoothly from start to finish. Your expertise in electronic printed card assembly (including SMT and throughhole operations) is mandfatory. Responsibilities Manage Surace Mount Technology (SMT) and Throughhole Assembly processes including solder paste printing, SMT machine programming and operation, post wave soldering. reflow poven operation, X-Ray and AOI. Utilize gerber files and BOM to assess process steps and assist in quote preparation. Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance product quality Coordinate cross-functional communication with leadership, quality control, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to on time delivery, quality, safety, and efficiency; prepare reports for management review. Familiary with AS 9100 requirements and support AS 9100 and internal audits. Skills Strong background in electronic printed card assembly operations. Strong experience in running MyData machines, solder paste printers, ACE and other post-waver solder paste machines, X-Ray and AOI inspection process. Familiarity with assembly processes and plant management best practices to optimize overall manufacturing efficiency Bring your expertise in pcb assembly process to help us achieve operational excellence every day!
Pay:
$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
