Event Builder Foreman

Event Builder Foreman Wildhouse — Anaheim, CA On-Site | Full-Time | Hiring Immediately Wildhouse is an experiential design and production studio specializing in large-scale brand activations, festivals, immersive environments, and custom event builds nationwide. We're looking for an experienced Event Builder Foreman to join our Anaheim team. This role is for someone who knows how to build, lead a crew, delegate efficiently, and keep projects moving under tight timelines without losing quality or pace. This is a fast-moving production environment. We need someone dependable, solutions-driven, and confident leading installs and shop builds from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and delegate build teams across shop and install environments
• Read and interpret build drawings and production plans
• Manage timelines and maintain build pace under pressure
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, scenic builds, and event installs
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production leadership
• Ensure builds are structurally sound, clean, and production-ready
• Maintain organization, efficiency, and accountability on-site and in-shop

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong fabrication and construction experience required
• Scenic, event, tradeshow, or experiential build experience preferred
• Ability to lead crews and delegate effectively
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast timelines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and proactive
