Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Supervisor to lead our quality assurance team in maintaining the highest standards across our manufacturing processes. This pivotal role ensures that all products meet strict regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. As a QA Supervisor, you will champion quality systems, oversee inspections, and coordinate audits to uphold compliance with industry standards such as
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and
ISO 9001.
Your leadership will drive a culture of quality, safety, and accountability throughout the organization. Duties Lead and supervise the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements across all manufacturing activities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and
ISO 9001
standards Conduct regular internal and external quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry best practices Oversee quality control processes including inspections, testing, and validation of products to guarantee defect-free outputs Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions effectively Manage documentation related to quality systems, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Facilitate training sessions on quality policies, procedures, and regulatory updates for staff at all levels Skills Extensive knowledge of
ISO 13485
(medical device quality management), FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP guidelines, and
ISO 9001
standards Proven experience in conducting quality audits and inspections within manufacturing environments Strong understanding of quality control techniques and quality assurance methodologies Excellent analysis skills to interpret data trends and identify root causes of issues Project management expertise to lead continuous improvement initiatives effectively Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and training purposes Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of compliance and safety Join us as a QA Supervisor to make a meaningful impact by ensuring product excellence through rigorous quality systems.
