Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor for a 2nd shift direct hire opportunity in a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can drive daily production execution, improve on-time delivery, and coach hourly team members in both English and Spanish. The Bilingual Production Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating shop floor priorities, removing production obstacles, and supporting a culture built on accountability, teamwork, quality, and safety. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced fabrication supervisor who enjoys being visible on the production floor, working closely with leadership, and making a direct impact on operational performance.   • Lead 2nd shift production activities to ensure daily output, quality standards, and shipment commitments are met.
  • Supervise, coach, and support hourly fabrication employees with a focus on productivity, safety, and accountability.
  • Manage work order priorities, production schedules, bottlenecks, workflow issues, and changing customer requirements.
  • Conduct production huddles, communicate priorities, and coordinate recovery plans when schedules shift.
  • Use shop floor systems and production reporting tools to track labor, output, and operational performance.
  • Partner with leadership on continuous improvement efforts that improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Pay range: $33.65 to $38.46 per hour depending on experience
  • Annual compensation equivalent provided: $70,000 to $80,000
  • Schedule:
    2nd shift.
  • Work arrangement: Onsite.

  • Immediate interview process. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Lead daily 2nd shift production operations in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
  • Manage workflow, work orders, production priorities, and shipment commitments.
  • Coach hourly manufacturing employees on safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
  • Support production reporting, labor tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
  • Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar operations leadership role.
  • Experience leading hourly employees in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
  • Strong understanding of production schedules, work orders, manufacturing workflows, and shop floor priorities.
  • Ability to work onsite on 2nd shift.
  • Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and team-building skills. Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma training.
  • ERP or shop floor manufacturing software experience.
  • Global Shop experience is a plus.
