Position Overview:
Primary responsibility to oversee the Machine and Molding manufacturing teams. Manages and coordinates all activities of the Focus Factory in processing materials or manufacturing products in the organization by performing the following duties personally or through High Performance work team members. Set tasks and priorities; provide technical support, analysis, and guidance of design, manufacturing, customer/contract support, and procurement. - You will proactively implement, promote, and maintain a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and rule enforcement.

- You will act as a business partner by planning, initiating, leading, measuring, monitoring and assessing continuous improvement programs and manufacturing process improvements by applying appropriate Eaton Business System (EBS) processes and problem-solving tools such as ELS (Eaton Lean System) and 5S.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of supervisory/ operations leadership experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within 50 miles of Camarillo, CA will be considered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts and tool sets as they relate to materials management.
