Supervise and mentor crews on daily operations Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards Handle scheduling, client communication, and employee support

Requirements:

CA Driver's License with clean record 3+ years in a similar role Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
