Shop Foreman - Truss Manufacturing Precision Truss | Northern California Precision Truss is looking for a strong, hands-on Shop Foreman to lead our manufacturing team. We are looking for more than someone who can simply keep employees busy. We need a leader who understands production, takes ownership, solves problems, holds people accountable, and takes pride in building a strong team. Precision Truss is a growing structural building component manufacturer serving builders and contractors throughout Northern California. Our reputation is built on quality, reliability, accuracy, and responsive service. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading daily truss manufacturing operations Managing and assigning production employees Ensuring production stays on schedule Improving labor efficiency and production flow Maintaining high quality standards Reducing rework and material waste Enforcing and promoting workplace safety Training and developing shop employees Identifying production bottlenecks and solving problems Communicating with management regarding production, manpower, equipment, and quality issues Building a productive, accountable, and team-oriented shop culture The Person We're Looking For You are: A hands-on leader Experienced in manufacturing, construction, truss production, or a similar environment Comfortable leading and holding employees accountable Able to solve problems without waiting to be told what to do Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Focused on both productivity and quality Respected because you lead by example Calm and professional under pressure Experience Preferred Truss manufacturing experience is strongly preferred Construction manufacturing or industrial production leadership experience will be considered Previous experience supervising production employees Experience with safety, quality control, and production scheduling Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Target compensation: $75,000-$100,000+ including performance incentives Benefits include: Health benefits Retirement plan Paid vacation Paid holidays Performance bonus opportunity Career advancement opportunities About Precision Truss At Precision Truss, we believe reliability is our reputation.
