Your Role:

We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in GMP-regulated, sterile or aseptic environments who thrives in fast-paced production settings. 2nd

Shift Hours:

2 PM - 10:30

PM Your Profile:

What You'll Do Lead and supervise 2nd Shift production operations Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards Execute production schedules and drive efficiency Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff What You Bring 5-7+ years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required Proven team leadership skills Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred Why This Role Lead a dedicated 2nd shift team of Compounders, Aseptic Filling Operators and Component Prep technicians High-impact role in a regulated pharmaceutical environment Opportunity to drive quality, safety, and operational excellence

Target Salary Range:

$100,000 - 120,000 Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
