Moorpark Division Delivery Driver / Yard Supervisor Full-Time | Moorpark, CA | $20.00 - $25.00 per hour About Fence Factory Fence Factory has been serving Southern California for over 60 years as a trusted, family-owned fencing contractor. Our Moorpark division is a high-volume branch serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Ventura County. Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver / Yard Supervisor to join our Moorpark team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of fencing materials to job sites and the day-to-day organization and oversight of our yard operations. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is organized, physically capable, and takes ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Driving Operate Class B commercial vehicles to deliver fencing materials, posts, and supplies to job sites throughout the region Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT and company standards Load and unload materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling Verify delivery accuracy against work orders and obtain proper signatures Communicate with branch staff and field crews regarding delivery schedules and job site access Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation Yard Supervision & Operations Oversee daily yard operations including material organization, inventory staging, and cleanliness Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders Coordinate yard workflow with the branch manager and sales staff Ensure proper storage and labeling of fencing materials (vinyl, wood, chain link, aluminum, iron, etc.) Monitor and report low inventory levels to purchasing staff Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant yard environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies Assist with loading customer and crew vehicles as needed Requirements Valid California Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — required Clean DMV record Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift experience Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. regularly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, or building materials Experience supervising or leading a yard or warehouse crew Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Familiarity with DOT compliance and hours-of-service regulations

Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
