Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor (Entry‑Level / Early Career) Overview We are looking for an entry‑level Production Supervisor to help support daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on production experience who is ready to step into a leadership position. Training and growth are provided. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with the production team. What You'll Do Support daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals Help lead and guide production technicians on the shop floor Communicate clearly with employees in English and Spanish Track basic production metrics (output, delays, quality issues) Help identify and resolve production issues with engineering and quality teams Ensure production paperwork and records are completed accurately Support lean manufacturing and 5S efforts Assist with training and onboarding new hires Promote a safe, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment What We're Looking For Fluent in Spanish (required) 1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Comfortable working on a shop floor (assembly, machining, testing, etc.) Interest in leadership or prior experience as a lead, trainer, or go‑to team member Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance in a shift‑based environment Willingness to learn and grow into a supervisory role Nice to Have (Not Required) Aerospace, precision manufacturing, or electric motor experience Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience Associate's, technical certificate, or Bachelor's degree Work Environment Fast‑paced manufacturing setting Shift‑based work Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork Supportive culture with training and career growth opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorpark, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
