Assembly Lead - Electrical & Mechanical Systems | Great Growth Opportunities!
Description:
Team Lead/Supervisor Electrical and Mechanical Assembly -Experienced assembler of electromechanical equipment that can supervise and lead a small team. Responsible for construction and refurbishment/repair of electrical and mechanical assemblies, components and wiring. Successful candidate will provide mentoring to other employees and be a working team lead on the floor. Will be a hands on role with a minimum of 60% of the time doing assembly and electrical work, with the balance of time spent on other duties including supervising, attending daily production stand ups, reporting and receiving. career growth opportunities at ECAM Operational Activities Assemble electrical and/or mechanical systems Install components as specified Wiring of electrical cabinets, power and communication systems General mechanical assembly Organize and be accountable for parts required for job Accountable for overall work environment safety Provide leadership and mentoring to production team. Responsible for receiving of parts and trailers, communicating receipt of goods to Supply Chain team Attend and report on daily production as representative of facility for daily production meeting Communicate through email and Teams regarding required documents, requests and data. Capture and report data for key metrics. Your Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass an extensive screening process HS diploma Preferred bi-lingual, Spanish and English 4 years in relevant work experience. Familiar with electrical construction requirements such as lugging, crimping, stripping and feruling wires and cables Experience with mechanical assembly Must be able to lift at least 65 lbs. Forklift certification and experience preferred Inventory Experience Preferred Your skills and competencies
Mechanical Assembly Bi-lingual:
Spanish and English Lead/Supervisor Experience Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
