Direct Hire Job Summary Skillset Group is looking for an experienced Roll Forming Supervisor / Operator to oversee daily production, lead a team, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands-on roll forming experience, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to meeting production goals. Responsibilities Oversee the roll forming process and daily production operations. Lead and coordinate a team of 6-7 operators. Assign tasks and establish production priorities. Monitor output, quality, quotas, and deadlines. Manage inventory and order materials, parts, and supplies. Identify opportunities to improve productivity and workflow. Motivate employees and maintain a positive, accountable work environment. Qualifications Hands-on roll forming experience required. Previous supervisory or lead experience overseeing at least 3-4 employees. Experience ordering materials, inventory, and machine parts. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet production goals and improve efficiency. Positive attitude, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
