Connect Staffing is hiring a Label Room Coordinator for a food production facility in Pomona, CA. This is a temp position paying $20.00/hr on a Monday-Friday day shift. In this role, you will print and verify work orders, case labels, and inside labels for all production shifts, and coordinate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to keep label availability on track. Overtime is available and required at times, making this a good fit for candidates who want steady hours.

Food Production Facility Responsibilities Print work orders, case labels, and inside labels for manual pack rooms and automated production rooms across all shifts. Verify that labels and spec sheets match production requirements before distributing to the floor. Coordinate with the planning and production teams throughout the day to accommodate any schedule or product changes. Work with the warehouse to stage and deliver labels needed for the following day's production. Communicate with the Quality department when label changes, corrections, or spec updates are required. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Quality regulations and report any non-conformity issues to facility management promptly. Minimum Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bilingual required). Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Experience in a label room, print room, or document control role in a food or beverage facility. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or Food Safety standards in a production setting. Experience coordinating between production, planning, and warehouse departments. Comfortable working with label printing software, ERP systems, or production scheduling tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environment.
