Job Description

Production Supervisor San Bernardino, CA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
$20.00 per hour Join a growing contract packaging and manufacturing company serving the food, personal care, household, nutraceutical, and consumer products industries. Teamwork Packaging is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, lead production teams, ensure quality and safety standards are maintained, and drive efficiency throughout our packaging and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and production staff Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency Enforce GMP, safety, and company policies Train, coach, and develop production personnel Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Operations teams Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate production records and reports
Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging, food processing, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or related industries Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience managing production schedules and meeting deadlines Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and workplace safety practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
