The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production lines, maintaining product quality, leading a team, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. •Need someone for 2nd swing shift•
Key Responsibilities Oversee Production:
Manage daily workflow, coordinate raw materials, machinery, and staff to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Ensure Quality:
Monitor production lines for consistency, perform quality control checks, and ensure all products meet required specifications.
Optimize Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve processes, and increase productivity across production lines.
Supervise and Train Staff:
Lead and support production employees, ensuring proper training and adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with maintenance, sanitation, and quality assurance teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in food manufacturing and team supervision is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency across production processes and equipment Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities
Compensation Estimated Pay Range:
Starting at $74,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Bonus:
Some positions may include a performance-based bonus. #TPGMOD1
