Full Job Description Schedule:

6:20 AM - 3:00 PM (Full-Time) Monday -

Friday Pay:

$19.00/hour (Starting) → Re-evaluation after successful probation period. (TEMP TO HIRE) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can effectively manage production teams, ensure product quality, and maintain compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Production Oversight:

Manage daily production lines to meet output goals, quality standards, and deadlines

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and motivate production staff; manage scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution

Bilingual Communication:

Serve as the primary liaison between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking team members

Quality Control & Safety:

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and OSHA standards

Operational Reporting:

Track production metrics, labor efficiency, and material usage; report directly to Plant Manager Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food & beverage preferred) Strong understanding of food safety regulations and production workflows Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Korean food manufacturing or strong interest in Korean cuisine and culture Why Join Us?
