Full Job Description Lead Supervisor:

Lead supervisors determine work to be done, develop assignments, assign work and ensure its completed, establish and enforce work rules and procedures, set, approve and track work schedules, overtime, travel, and time off.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Produce team procedures and policies
• Demonstrable leadership, organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts when needed, holidays, and weekends required
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills
• Capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive manner
• Must know English and Spanish MUST have Produce production experience.

2nd shift start time 1:00pm and 9:30pm pay rate $18.85
