Full Job Description Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$60,000•$70,000 per year Job Details•Key Responsibilities Production Control / Operations Manage and coordinate production schedules, work orders, and job travelers Ensure proper sequencing of workflow through machining and secondary processes Track job status and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays Collaborate with shop floor personnel to maintain on-time delivery Required Qualifications Experience in a machine shop or precision manufacturing environment Working knowledge of general manufacturing processes and workflows Experience with outside processing (heat treating, anodizing, etc.) Familiarity with job travelers, routers, and work orders Understanding of production sequencing and scheduling Experience in or exposure to aerospace manufacturing Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar role Ability to operate or familiarity with forklifts (not required, depending on role level) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills A bit about us:•We are a growing manufacturer of hardware flight components and support parts serving leading aerospace companies.
