billion in 2024.Job DescriptionAre you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence? Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations.

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You'll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high-performing work environment. Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goalsAct as Incident Commander during emergenciesMonitor performance indicators and optimize processesEnsure procedures are followed and updatedCoach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance cultureParticipate in root cause analysis and reliability reviewsSupport continuous improvement and plant optimizationPerform technician duties when neededIdentify training needs and support development initiatives
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000 per year
Shift Hours:
