Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Erosion Control Foreman to lead and oversee erosion control work on construction projects. In this role, you will manage a team of skilled workers to implement erosion/sediment control measures, respond to regulatory compliance requirements, and provide quality work product to clients. Your expertise in construction and erosion control will be vital in delivering high-quality results on time and within safety standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate erosion control projects, including installation of erosion/sediment control measures and perform maintenance per local and state regulations. Operate hand tools, power tools, skidsteers, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently during project execution. Collaborate with clients to provide excellent customer service by explaining project scope, maintenance tips, and addressing concerns professionally. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols throughout all phases of construction projects. Experience Proven experience in erosion control management or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with excavation work using skidsteers and other machinery in a construction setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to haul a trailer.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
