Overview Summary Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role will lead teams, drive production goals, improve efficiency through Lean Manufacturing practices, ensure product quality and safety, and maintain regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Coordinate manufacturing and warehouse activities to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals. Develop and monitor short- and long-term production goals and action plans. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, technology, and process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Lead, develop, and motivate employees while promoting teamwork, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in a production/manufacturing environment. 1+ year of experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong leadership and employee development skills; experience managing diverse or unionized workforces preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required. Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and other applicable regulations preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
