Welding Supervisor ? Denver, CO | ?$90,000 - $100,000 | Full-Time | First Shift A growing structural steel manufacturing company in the Denver area is seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead shop fabrication operations and oversee welding production, quality, and safety initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong structural steel fabrication experience and a background managing teams in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily welding and fabrication operations Assign and coordinate shop workloads to meet production and shipping deadlines Ensure welding quality, fabrication accuracy, and rework control Maintain safety standards and support a safe working environment Collaborate with QA/QC and Production leadership on process improvements and corrective actions Monitor fabrication costs and production timelines Train, mentor, and develop shop personnel Participate in safety meetings and incident investigations Maintain production records and communicate scheduling updates across departments Support overtime and Saturday production schedules as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production shop environment Prior supervisory experience required Structural steel fabrication experience strongly preferred Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Knowledge of AWS, AISC, FCAW, and SAW welding processes Experience with 3G and 6G welding standards Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off #PEG2
