- a passionate Production Supervisor. This position reports to Plant Manager and will work in Litchfield, Illinois facility. Second shift hours are 2:30 pm
- 11:00 pm.
About the position As a Production Supervisor in the Operations team, you will be involved in overseeing the 2nd shift operations for receiving, assembly, and packaging operations. Your main responsibilities Responsible for production results (Order accuracy, inventory accuracy, etc.) for their respective shift Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Coaching, Training and Disciplining team members on policies, processes, and procedures Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with safety programs Responsible for employee's time keeping and ensure compliance with HR Policies Partner with Lean resources to continually improve efficiencies Participate in additional projects as necessary What do we offer? - as well as the following qualifications and experiences: Degree in a Business/Engineering related field preferred or equivalent work experience required Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.
