O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking an experienced Labor Foreman to join our Heavy Civil division to support CT DOT transportation projects. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast. Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years of experience leading crews working on highway and bridge projects. Also, experience with earthwork, drainage, and concrete work. We look for proven leaders with seasoned technical experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you will help us develop and lead highly engaged teams. We also expect a proven dedication to Safety - this means OSHA certification and a deep knowledge and appreciation of safety processes and the ability and confidence to enforce job-site safety expectations.
