Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate production personnel on the manufacturingf floor
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and operate double action stamping presses
  • Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
  • Monitor machine performance and address production issues as needed
  • Train and support press operators and setup personnel
  • Work closely with maintenance and quality departments to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate production and operational records Requirements
  • Prior experience in metal stamping manufacturing required
  • Strong hands-on experience with setup and operation of double action stamping presses
  • Ability to troubleshoot tooling, press, and production issues
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
