- Supervise and coordinate production personnel on the manufacturingf floor
- Set up, troubleshoot, and operate double action stamping presses
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Monitor machine performance and address production issues as needed
- Train and support press operators and setup personnel
- Work closely with maintenance and quality departments to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production and operational records Requirements
- Prior experience in metal stamping manufacturing required
- Strong hands-on experience with setup and operation of double action stamping presses
- Ability to troubleshoot tooling, press, and production issues
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
