Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that manufacturing activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold safety standards, and maintain high-quality output to meet organizational goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about optimizing production workflows and fostering a safety-first culture. Duties Lead people and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, from raw material intake to final quality control Develop and implement production schedules that maximize efficiency while meeting quality standards and delivery deadlines Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety standards in production environments Oversee maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including scheduling repairs and upgrades to minimize downtime Monitor and enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to uphold product quality and regulatory compliance Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions to promote a safety-conscious workplace culture Manage inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods to optimize supply chain flow and reduce waste Foster a team-oriented environment by mentoring supervisors and production staff, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role within a production environment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively Deep understanding of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard mitigation strategies Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality assurance processes in manufacturing Ability to perform lifting safely as part of daily operational tasks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and lead teams confidently Knowledge of polymer processing and/or compounding is preferred but not necessary Join us as a Senior Production Manager if you're ready to energize our manufacturing processes through innovative leadership, unwavering safety commitment, and operational excellence. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
