Second Shift About the Role We're looking for a hands‑on Second Shift Plant Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor. This role is ideal for a supervisor who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems in real time, and keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll be the go‑to leader on second shift—supporting operators, coordinating production activities, and ensuring standards are met every shift.
