- 8pm•Monday to Friday Job Description The ideal candidate for this supervisory role will be an outgoing leader with a hands-on approach, often referred to as a 'floor general.
' You will oversee up to 30 people throughout your shift and be responsible for managing labor efficiency, production throughput, daily metrics, and product flow. Responsibilities Supervise a team of up to 30 individuals during your shift. Ensure labor efficiency and production throughput meet organizational standards. Monitor and report on daily metrics and production flow. Prioritize safety, turnover, and retention among team members. Foster strong rapport with direct reports, ensuring accountability and accurate documentation. Work on the production floor to manage and guide daily operations. Essential Skills Experience in production supervision and management. Proven track record of managing daily production goals and KPIs, including safety KPIs. Strong supervisory and management skills in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. A college degree is a bonus but not required. Experience in heavy industrial settings such as concrete, industrial equipment, or fabrication/machining is a plus. Why Work Here?
