Root Root Channel Analysis:
Participates in corrective actions and Kaizen projects.
SGTD Approach:
Reduce waste and promote a culture of improvement. Main functions 1
- Supervise the daily execution of the production schedule. 2
- Coordinate line personnel, ensuring compliance with quality and productivity goals. 3
- Monitor key indicators (Efficiency, scrap, Dr Roll rework) 4
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, GMP, 5S. 5
- Detect deviations in the process and lead immediate corrective actions. 6
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality and logistics to ensure operational continuity. 7
- Control inventories of raw materials, inputs and product in process. 8
- Strengthen the motivation, training and discipline of operational personnel. 9
- Participate in continuous improvement, waste reduction and process optimization projects. 10
- Ensure compliance with standard procedures (SOPs) and SGTD reports.
Main responsibilities Compliance with the production plan of the shift (% plan vs actual) Production volume of the shift (Units vs goal) Real efficiency of the lines during their shift. Level of scrap generated in the turn. Level of rework (DR) generated in the shift. Operational downtime of the shift (not mechanical). Accuracy and timeliness of the shift production report. Compliance with operational standards and floor centerlines. Staff safety during the shift. Operational discipline and order on the floor (5S). Operational stability during the shift. Effective management of operational deviations. Quality of the product produced in the shift. Proper use of materials and consumables.
