Production Supervisor About Us Encore Concrete Coatings is a growing residential and commercial concrete coatings company specializing in transforming garages, patios, pool decks, walkways, and other concrete surfaces. With more than 27 years of experience, Encore has continued to expand throughout the Midwest and into new markets. As we grow our Florida operations, we're looking for a strong, hands-on leader to oversee our installation teams and help build a successful production operation. This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of a growing installation team and play an important role in Encore's continued expansion throughout Florida. Previous leadership or management experience is required. Experience in construction, flooring, home improvement, or another field-service environment is strongly preferred, but concrete coatings experience is not required. The right person will be comfortable working both in the field and in the office and will be willing to step in wherever needed to keep production running successfully. Responsibilities Arriving at 6:45 am to our office Monday through Friday Overseeing proper, safe, and efficient material load up of our 10+ production crews in the morning Drive to and monitor projects for the day to ensure installers are following our install procedure. Meet with customers during installs at the projects to ensure they are happy with the installation Work on installations or complete service routes in emergency situations Adjust daily crew assignments and production schedules in response to call-offs, project changes, or other operational issues. Interview candidates Train new Installation team members in a classroom environment Communicate with employees and management throughout the day using Microsoft Teams and other company software Answer questions/manage issues from crew members during the day. Help plan and lead installation team meetings Requirements Ability to be on time and at work by 6:45 AM every morning Monday through Friday Ability to lift 100+ lbs when necessary Willingness to be out in extremely cold and extremely hot conditions Willingness to operate heavy machinery Strong computer abilities Previous management experience Problem solving abilities Ability to confidently lead and manage a team of approximately 18-24 employees Written and verbal communication skills Detail-orientated Willingness to listen and work with others Professional appearance and personality Valid driver's license Positive attitude Team 1st mentality Wanting to move up within the organization and take on more responsibility Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Ability to use computer software (proficient computer literacy) Attention to detail, time management and communication skills are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
