You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

Main objective is to supervise digital and analog meter production, including dial marking department Work with production control to ensure products are completed on-schedule for timely delivery to customers Must be hands-on and capable of assuming the responsibilities of direct reports, as needed Responsible for opening the manufacturing facility on a daily basis Focus on adhering to all safety policies and procedures Help train personal on trouble shooting techniques down to component level Maintain and create test procedures and documents Reports to General Manager Work with Engineering department on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields Electrical or instrumentation experience a plus Knowledge of production tools and equipment Capable of reading schematics Strong leadership qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
