Job Description

The Production Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all activities on the ECO, Cups and Tetra lines.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily workflow and assignments on the juice production lines. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Conducts shift transition meetings to facilitate communication. Responsible for maximizing and increasing efficiencies for assigned production lines by minimizing downtime while ensuring production of a quality product. Responsible for printing all production schedules on their assigned lines and distributing to appropriate operators. Ensures production floor is GMP compliant and audit ready to ensure HACCP Plan is followed. Engages with employees training, motivating and positively enforcing safety, GMP's, quality checks and increasing efficiencies. Coach and mentor to development employees. Responsible for sanitation and Warehouse Management System processes. Performs CIP and Production piping connections. Reviews HACCP documentation and works with team members to resolve discrepancies. Provide back-up support for other production lines during peak periods, time away from work and/or staff absences. Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery. Excellent supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.
Education & Experience:
Associate Degree (A.A.) required. A minimum of three (3) years related experience.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to traverse the production facility. Must be able to move or lift to 50 pounds at a time.
