Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Assembly Team Lead to support and coordinate daily operations of our Assembly Line during the first shift. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will lead a team of associates, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain efficiency across processes. Your expertise will play a key role in training new team members and maintaining operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles.

High SchoolResponsibilities High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment. Previous team lead or leadership experience strongly preferred. Understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions. Ability to read and interpret product drawings, standard work, and job travelers. Proven ability to lead a team of 10-15 employees in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and support teams. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of problem-solving in real-time. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Must be flexible and able to work overtime or other shifts as needed.
