This is a hands-on leadership role working directly alongside mechanics, welders, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen to keep projects on schedule and running efficiently. For this role, you will work with a team of managers and engineers as well as other skilled tradesmen, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Hours are M-F 7-5 Responsibilities Coordinate daily shop and yard activities across multiple trades including mechanics, welders, and electricians Maintain and update project schedules on a monthly basis Manage daily reporting and communicate progress to project stakeholders Develop action plans, identify potential risks, and allocate resources accordingly Serve as the primary point of communication between field personnel and management Requirements Prior experience in a Superintendent, Supervisor, Foreman, or Project Coordinator role in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of heavy equipment Hands-on experience managing schedules and coordinating trades Familiarity with project management software Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
