Job description Company Description Trilogy Foods, LLC, located in Gainesville, GA, is a poultry processor and portioner dedicated to delivering high-quality products and custom processing services. Specializing in hand-portioned sizing, deboning, repacking, and inspections, we prioritize quality and excellence in every step of our process to meet our customers' needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor at Trilogy Foods, LLC. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities, managing production schedules, planning production processes, ensuring communication between team members, and overall production management. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, Communication Production Schedules, Production Planning Experience in Production Management Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance Previous experience in the poultry processing industry is required Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus
Job Functions:

Maintain the production schedule, assign responsibilities to line leaders, and monitor workflow. Ensure that materials and supplies flow positively. Coordinate and prepare expected yields for raw materials, with the aim of optimizing their utilization. Directs daily production, including deboning, sizing, packing or grinding to meet targets for efficiency and product yield. Stablish and enforce production standards and verify production output. Evaluate production efficiency. Determine the quality of products before shipping. Ensure that safety, legality, quality and integrity policies are followed. Identify areas for improvement, and organize training opportunities for the team. Enforces USDA, OSHA, GMPs and company food safety standards, ensuring a safe, clean environment. Prepares, reviews, and manages production reports, labor tracking, and required documentation. ensuring that all paperwork is submitted completely and on time. Supervise, control, and update the timecards of each employee on the supervised lines. Monitors equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime.
