This role is for someone with hands-on fitting experience who can lead work on the shop floor while keeping quality and production moving. What you'll do Lead and support fitters in daily fabrication work. Read drawings and help the team complete work to specifications. Check work quality and address fitting or production issues. Coordinate work priorities with [confirm who the foreman reports to or works with]. Follow shop safety and quality procedures. Required qualifications Hands-on fitting experience in a steel fabrication environment. Experience leading fitters or fabrication work. Ability to read fabrication drawings.
