DEACOM - OPERATIONS MANAGER

Manufacturing | Quality Control | Retail Projects DEACOM is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Manager with strong experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, high-end finishes, and retail project management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations. Ensure exceptional quality standards in fabrication, materials, and finishes. Manage multiple retail projects from production through installation. Coordinate production teams, vendors, schedules, and deadlines. Optimize workflows, resolve production issues, and ensure timely project delivery. Maintain high standards of precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations management. Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and high-quality finishes. Experience with retail fixtures, custom fabrication, millwork, or commercial installations. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
