Key Responsibilities:
Supervise operators and production/packaging employees. Assign manpower and ensure daily production targets are met. Monitor machine operation, production speed, quality, and material waste. Respond quickly to machine stops, production problems, and quality issues. Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, Materials, and Production Planning. Train employees and ensure company procedures and safety rules are followed. Monitor attendance, employee performance, and shift discipline. Complete basic production and shift reports. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing/production experience required. Previous Foreman, Supervisor, Team Lead, or Lead Operator experience preferred. Good leadership and problem-solving skills. Basic mechanical knowledge and machine troubleshooting ability preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. We are looking for a responsible, hands-on leader who can manage people, understand production equipment, solve problems, and take ownership of shift performance.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
