Position Description You will serve as a
WELDING SUPERVISOR I
in the
FLEET READINESS CENTER SE, MRO PRODUCTION DEPT
of
FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will plan daily/weekly sequence of work operations for subordinates supervised. You will explain difficult work procedures and methods and provide instructions in regard to completion of work projects. You will ensure proper quantity of work from subordinates, and inspect work for quality. You will keep all work operations under observation and control; troubleshoot and resolve working problems and take action to overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, material shortages and other causes of delays and inefficiencies Minimum Salary 39.55 Maximum Salary 46.13
