Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Bilingual Construction Supervisor to join our modular home manufacturing team in Lake City, FL. The ideal candidate should have a well-rounded construction background and be comfortable working across multiple trades. You don't need to be an expert in every area, but you should have general knowledge and be willing to learn new skills as needed.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support production employees. Coordinate daily workflow and maintain production schedules. Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. Train, mentor, and assist team members as needed. Work closely with management to solve production issues.
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. General knowledge of residential or modular home construction. Experience or familiarity with multiple trades, including: Framing Drywall Hanging Drywall Finishing Sheetrock Trim Carpentry Cabinet Installation Roofing (preferred) Willingness to learn different areas of the production process. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and has a broad construction background rather than specializing in just one trade.
