This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. Lead, motivate, and support production employees to achieve performance goals. Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Train, coach, and develop team members. Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of production supervisory or manufacturing leadership experience . Proven experience managing and working effectively with teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
