This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who knows commercial ductwork, can read plans, organize a crew, and keep work moving without needing constant direction. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate sheet metal crews in the field Lay out and install commercial HVAC duct systems Read mechanical plans, specifications, and shop drawings Plan daily work and assign manpower based on project priorities Coordinate material, equipment, lifts, and access needed for upcoming work Track installation progress and communicate field needs or conflicts Maintain quality while keeping labor production on target Coordinate with COR3 project management, other trades, and jobsite supervision Identify field conflicts early and help develop workable solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Help train and develop mechanics and helpers assigned to the crew What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial HVAC/sheet metal experience as a FOREMAN Previous experience running a commercial sheet metal crew Strong knowledge of rectangular, spiral, and round duct systems Ability to independently read and work from commercial construction drawings Experience with hangers, supports, offsets, transitions, fittings, and equipment connections Strong understanding of commercial jobsite sequencing and coordination Ability to plan ahead and identify manpower and material needs Dependable leadership and good communication skills Valid driver's license Commercial experience is required.
